Wade has over 20 years of financial service experience and has worked with some of the largest teams in the industry, starting his career at Morgan Stanley. As Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, his role is to manage the day to day functions of Mink Wealth, and ensure that each client receives an exceptional level of care and service.

Wade grew up in Northern Virginia, attended Marymount University in Arlington, and is currently raising his two children in Potomac Falls.
